TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Use the form below to register for the monthly draw. You must register each month if you want to be enrolled. Limit one entry per customer.

2. New or existing clients welcome.

3. Draw winner will be notified by email.

4. Winner must have his details on file with Moscow Match (if not please complete our submission form.)

5. Winner must use the free meeting within 30 days of draw date.

6. Winner must provide us with a list of a minimum of 5 member #'s he would be interested in meeting. (In the unlikely event that no one on this list agrees to meet he should provide us with an additional list of 5 names.)

7. Winning meetings are non-transferrable. (i.e. you can not transfer a winning meeting to a friend - you must use it yourself.) Only paid meetings are transferrable.

8. All offers associated with a winning meeting expire 30 days after draw date.
