| If we are unable to arrange a meeting with your chosen contact within 7 days of your purchase, provided you are in the same city as your chosen contact at the time of purchase we are pleased to offer you a full refund or replacement meeting (your choice). This offer applies to single meeting purchases only. If you have purchased a Meeting Plan we are pleased to credit the meeting back to your account.
