1. Are you a marriage agency?
No agency can promise marriage. We are a dating agency, however, many of our clients have become married after meeting through our agency.

2. Why must I submit my photo?
This is the only way we have of presenting you to the ladies.

3. If I want to meet one of the ladies in your catalogue, must I publish my photo in your Gentlemen's Catalogue?
No. The Gentlemen's Catalogue is totally optional. We never publish your photo without your permission. If you wish to meet one of the ladies in our catalogue, we still need your photo and data so we may present your details via email to your chosen ladies.

4. What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners or digital check. We do not accept cash payments.

5. What is the difference between your agency and other agencies?
With other agencies you purchase a list of addresses (of ladies who may no longer be available) and hope to receive some response. There is no guarantee that you will receive any response or that those on your list will be interested in meeting you. Many agencies no longer provide real contact info. With Europe Match there is no need to purchase addresses. You simply provide us with a list of ladies you'd be interested in meeting. We then contact these ladies and see if they are interested in meeting. If they agree, you provide payment and then meet her in person. If she does not agree, no payment is required so you risk nothing. Only by meeting can you understand if you'd like to take the relationship to the next level.

6. Do you charge the ladies a fee to use your service?
Absolutely not. Ladies may join our agency free of charge. There is never a fee to the ladies.

7. Do all of the ladies speak English?
Most of the ladies who are serious about finding their special man and beginning a new life in another country are eager to learn English. Most can speak and write English to some degree.

8. Are any of the ladies in your agency prostitutes?
None at all. If that is what you are looking for then please look elsewhere.

9. Are you selling women?
No. They are not for sale, for their value is priceless. We do however, offer for a reasonable fee a means where you can contact and meet these lovely ladies.

10. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
On single meetings, yes. In the case that we are unable to provide the meeting a replacement or full refund will be offered. If the meeting takes place but no relationship develops no refunds will be offered. Partial refunds are not available on our 5 or 10 Meeting Packages.

11. Does the fee that I pay for the meeting cover the cost of an interpreter?
An interpreter is not included in the cost of the meeting. For the most part ladies do have some English speaking ability and an interpreter is not required. We can also refer you to a qualified interpreter should one be needed.

12. Where does the meeting take place?
That is entirely up to you. We suggest a location that will be familiar to the both of you. Ladies are reluctant to meet at hotels or around metro stations. Please choose a well known restaurant or cafe.

13. If I purchase the 5 or 10 Meeting Package can I have a refund on unused meetings?
The Meeting Package provides you with meetings within a 1 year period. You need not use all your meetings at one time. No refunds or partial refunds can be offered on Meeting Packages.

14. Aren't I better off purchasing addresses from agencies and trying to meet the ladies that way?
Not necessarily. Many agencies no longer provide each lady's real contact info. Even after purchasing her address there is no guarantee you will meet with her (or that she will want to meet you.) When you purchase a meeting from Europe Match you are guaranteed to meet her in person. Only by meeting in person will you understand if you want to take the relationship to the next level. Purchasing meetings is better value than the traditional correspondence method.

15. Is it possible to correspond prior to meeting?
Yes, via Communicator Notes (suitable for those who are not in Moscow or Eastern European city now but intend to visit in the future.)
